Courses: Critical Reading & Writing


Course Details:
This course is an introduction to active literary reading and writing skills, focusing on at least three literary genres. Learners will be introduced to the basic structural principles and rhetorical strategies of literary texts by observing structural and rhetorical theory applied to specific poems, fictions, and plays. This course is writing intensive. The course textbook will be supplemented by additional material. (Formerly ENGL105;LESD107)
